To order in writing or to pay by check, please specify the item(s) you would like, along with the quantity of each. Calculate the total of your order and add the shipping fee, based on the total of your order as shown in the table below. (Note: There is no shipping charge for LifeTalk. So, when you figure the shipping charge, be sure to exclude the cost of LifeTalk from the total of your order. There is also no shipping charge on any free products.)
